Mr. Eshelman has 30 years of experience in roadway, site development, stormwater, water and wastewater design, study and management. His project management responsibilities include contract negotiations, project scheduling, technical supervision, and client communication. He is experienced with various hydrologic and hydraulic computer software programs, including HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, WSPRO, Pond Pack, XP-SWMM, TR20, AdICPR, HEC-6, and Cybemet Water Distribution Model. Mr. Eshelman currently teaches a Hydrology and Hydraulics PE Review Course for the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.
