Professional Experience

Mr. Eshelman has experience as a Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer. He oversees our Construction Engineers and Technicians on the construction of roadway, building and infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest for both public and private clients. Within the Construction Management department, he acts as the owner’s representative in charge of pre-construction plan review, inspection and contractor compliance, pay applications, shop drawing review, startup and project closeout.
