Mr. Martin has 20 years of experience a wide variety of experience in water resources, water and wastewater conveyance, and roadway engineering and has worked in both the public and private sectors. He has worked on all project phases including project concept and feasibility analyses, data collection, production of preliminary and final design plans, preparation of construction estimates, documents and technical specifications, permit preparation, and construction management.
