Deer Creek Park Streambank Repairs

M3 acted as the owner’s representative in charge of inspection and contractor compliance, pay applications, shop drawing review, startup, and project closeout for this project in Maplewood, MO.

The project scope of work was to stabilize streambank erosion and slope failure with stone toe protection and live staking along 405 linear feet on the left descending streambank of Deer Creek. Other improvements included new stormwater inlets, piping, and outfall structure within Deer Creek Park.
