The Frontenac Pump Station and Force Main are part of a system that is under an EPA Consent Decree in the Village of Godfrey, IL. The project included 1,200 feet of force main, a new pump station, a new valve vault, 300,000 gallons of backup storage, a new backup generator, and a new control panel to replace the existing obsolete panel. M3 acted as the owner’s representative in charge of inspection and contractor compliance, pay applications, shop drawing review, startup, and project closeout.
